Robots in Space

Tall "Tails" for St. Patrick’s Day

Of course we all know that Oh so long ago St. Patrick himself drove the snakes out of Ireland. But did you know that one snake managed to stay behind? Yes, there was indeed one. How did it escape Patrick’s heave-ho? Perhaps because it was green. Perhaps because it was too greedy, even for Ireland’s patron saint. In fact, it was so greedy, it ate everything in sight from a tiny mouse to an enormous elephant. It was so greedy, that one day he mistook the tip of his tail for a lunchtime treat and, well…you can guess the rest! But that’s the real reason why there are no snakes in Ireland today!

And now, another tall “tail”. In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, Mr. Pat has made his first movie…about daily life in our class. My friends are the stars and Miss Paula provides the background music. Enjoy!
